Family Solicitor
We are looking for an ambitious Family Solicitor with a minimum 8 - 10 years PQE, to grow our family department.
The successful candidate must have experience in the following areas of family law:-
- Divorce
- Finances, resolving substantial wealth including properties & pensions
- Cohabitation Disputes – and cohabitation agreements
- Prenuptial agreements
- TOLATA
- Children matters
We do not offer legal aid.
We are looking for enthusiasm and ambition, alongside someone who is willing to market the Family Team and the firm and attend networking events, with a view to becoming a future director of the business.
You will have both secretarial and administration support, allowing you to focus on our clients and generating new work through networking and marketing. We use the LEAP system for client documents and accounts.

Qualifications and skills
- Qualified Solicitor or Cilex with 8 - 10 years experience.
- Ambitious and enthusiastic, looking for career progression and growth.
- Ability to build up and expand a department.
- Keen to network and market the firm.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

We pay a standard flat rate for recruitment fees, which is payable in two instalments, 50% on the second day of employment and the balance when the candidate passes their probation.
