A recent freedom of information request showed that, between the years 2021 and 2023, there were almost 1,200 ambulance calls in the UK regarding accidents in trampoline parks.

In the year 2023 alone, there were over 420 calls made requesting ambulance assistance.

Currently, we have over 200 trampoline parks in the UK, and it is estimated that they are used by 15 million people per year.

In one park in Chester, 270 people were injured within just 2 months of it opening. 11 of those injuries involved fractured spines. The owners of the park received fines and were ordered to perform community service.

Many injuries sustained during various activities performed in trampoline parks are life changing, sometimes leaving customers paralysed for life. The most common injuries sustained are fractures, face and dental injuries and sprains.

Most parks ask customers to sign a waiver stating that, if any injury occurs, they will not be responsible for it. It is important to remember that these waivers are of no legal standing whatsoever.  If a person signs such a disclaimer and is injured it will not prevent them from making a personal injury claim against the park.

There have been multiple calls made for changing Health and Safety Laws and to make all safety guidelines compulsory in order to minimalise the risk of sustaining injury during trampolining activities.

We are very passionate about helping innocent victims and their families in such circumstances. We strive to get the best results for our clients with empathy and understanding.
